TENSES
Tenses is a form of verb in
grammar that indicate time of situation or event and step of arrangement. Tenses
are very important in a sentence, because there’s tenses we can understand when
something happen. i’ll tell you some tenses here.
1. Present Tense is a grammatical tense that
used to talk about present time. Present tense is indicate something happen in
daily activity. It have some characteristic like every day, every Sunday,
today, now, right now etc.
Ø Nominal form :
i/you/we/they + to be (am/are)
he /she/it + to be (is)

Ø Verbal form :
i/you/they/we + verb 1
he/she/it + verb 1(s/es)

2. Past tense is a grammatical used to
talk about past. Past tense is indicate something happen in past time(it’s
simple) and nothing to do with the present. Characteristic of past tense is
tagged with : last week, yesterday, last years etc.
Ø Nominal form :
You/they/we + to be (were)
i/he/she + to be (was)

Ø Verbal form :
I/you/we/they/he/she/it + verb 2

3. Future tense is a grammatical used to
talk about the future. Future tense is indicate something happen in
future time. characteristic of future tense is tagged with : tommorow,next
week,next month etc.
Ø Nominal form :
i/we + shall + be
they/you/he/she/it + will + be

Ø Verbal form :
i/we + shall + verb 1
they/you/he/she/it + will + verb 1

4. Present perfect tense is a grammatical used to
talk about past time and completed to do. Present perfect tense is indicate
something happen in past time. Past time like just now, yesterday, a week ago
etc. present perfect tense is tagged with : since, three times, two times etc.

he/she/it + has + been
